CAT for 2018 will be conducted in November end or Early December as per the last years trend.

The notification for the exam will be out in August or September 2018 and the exact date will be shared with it.

Hello,
CAT exam is conducted every year by IIMs during the last week of November or the very first week of December depending upon the exam dates of other national level MBA exams.
Its online registration begins by the first week of September.
There is no fixed exam date.
Other than CAT, there are other reputed exams as well:

*IIFT
*NMAT
*SNAP
*TISS
*MH-CET
*MAT
*ATMA
*MICAT
