Hello Jatin
Thapar University is any day better than VIT university. And if you are a Delhi Candidate, then it is an added benefit for you if you join Thapar University.
TIET takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains ranks while VIT takes admission on the basis of VITEEE ranks.
Be it infrastructure, faculty or placement, Thapar University get an upper edge when compared with VIT Vellore.
