No, CBSE will not provide another chance to make correction in the uploaded images and signature. And your form will be accepted without any problem.

In case they found any discrepancy in uploaded image/signature, you will probably receive a mail from them somewhere about in March, where you will be asked to make changes but Just make sure for now that the other details should be correct. The last date to make changes in application form is January 22, 2018.
