Courses related to business management after b.com with 40%?

If u want to do management course then u should choose BMS instead of bcom coz bms is more into management studies than bcom.
If u regular bcom then u should try in Private College which is accepting bcom graduate for Management course.
U had a option of other courses like CA,CS & ICW.
They don't required bcom .
Eligibility for CA is HSC or 10+2 But Entrance Exam is mandatory for CA Course.
But ICW & CS will be easy for graduate student coz they don't required Entrance Exam.

I am done with bcom but now looking for some more education courses. M working in an corporate company, does my 2 years of experience will help me to get admission for proper business management course?

Sorry to say but with this less percentage its very tuff for you to get admission in any management college. You should have at least 50% marks to do any course.This score of yours is extremely low and hardly there is chance for you to get in any B school.
