If you consider the factors such as Placements, Faculties and curriculum then you will observe that both the college didn't have much of a difference but if you observe the placement rate then you will find out that the placement rate in Crescent Institute is better although the average packages are same as the other one. Both the college have moderate infrastructure. So you can choose any of them based on your interest and it will not cause any huge difference.
