JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year by NTA for the first time and It is difficult to tell you the qualifying cutoff as of now.
This time scores will be normalized on the basis of computer based exam and two attempts.
We can wait for the qualifying cutoff to be released officially by the authorities.
Also, 85 percentile score is a decent score to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.
