Last year the All India Quota cutoff for Grant medical college and Sir J J Hospital, Mumbai was 607 for general category candidate. And state quota is again divided into 70% regional and 30% state quota. The cutoff under 70% regional quota lies around 540-550 marks (for UR category) and cutoff under 30% state quota lies around 600 marks. So to be on safe side, you should aim to score around 610 marks in NEET.
