There are two kinds of cutoffs in Jee Main. One is qualifying cutoff which is released by NTA and another one is Admission Cutoff which is different for different colleges. Now qualifying cutoffs of Jee Main depend on various factors like no. Of candidates appeared, difficulty of paper, highest score obtained etc. And these quantities keep changing every year, so there is no fixed cutoff. Also it depends on individual's category. Admission cutoffs vary college wise so there is nothing fixed.

General EWS category- 70.2435518
OBC- NCL- 72.8887969
Scheduled caste- 50.1760245
Scheduled Tribe- 39.0696101
PwD candidates- 0.0618524
Now going by this year and previous few years' data, it can be predicted that a general category candidate, must try to score at least 85 percentile in Jee main, can make you eligible for Jee Advanced.
