First of all congratulations on such a good score. And yes your brother's son will definitely get government MBBS  seat in Andra Pradesh state counselling through bcc quota if he have a score of 535.
It's tough to determine the exact cut off but looking at previous year trend the cut off for government MBBS seat through BCC quota must be somewhere near around 480.
