Hello there,

Lateral entry in direct second year of Engineering is only offered by selective government as well as private Colleges.No IIT or NIT accepts lateral entry.
However there are some state funded government Institutes like COE Pune,BIT Sindri and many other Colleges in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu ,Uttar pradesh etc that accepts lateral entry.
