Correct Answer: Only I follows.

Solution : Given:

Statement:

The rich must live more simply. All poor people are simple.

The given statement states that the rich must live more simply. From this, it can be concluded that rich people waste money and they should not waste money and must live more simply. Therefore, this conclusion follows.

Also, the given statement states that all poor people are simple but it doesn't state that they save money. Therefore, this conclusion doesn't follow.

So, only conclusion I follows.

Hence, first option is correct.
