DU is a collegiate public central university,  located in New Delhi.It has almost 77 affilated colleges. It offers many courses UG and PG.
There is a common form or procedure which is under the DU officials. It rejects or accept your application and provides you the college according to your marks.

So, you cannot apply in diffrent colleges for DU. According to your marks you'll be providing the college.

During the registration process you don't need to select the colleges. You'll be only allowed to select your desired course. Once you select the courses and soon the registration process is closed. University of Delhi will start releasing cut offs for different courses in different colleges. If you fullfil the criteria you will have to go to the respective college with the form for further admission process.
