Uptil now the exams are conducted once in a year. But there are chances that from next year they will be conducted twice a year. The official notification is not out yet by CBSE. So, just be updated.

NEET 2018 - The application form of NEET 2018 is available now from February 8, 2018. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct NEET 2018 on May 6, 2018 in offline mode. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct JEE Main 2018 on April 8 in offline mode while the computer based test (CBT) will be conducted on April 15 and 16, 2018. JEE Main Paper 1 is conducted for admission to B.Tech programmes while Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B.Arch/B.Planning programmes. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is also the qualifying test for JEE Advanced for admissions to 23 IITs.
