Dear Nicy, IMS, BHU is a Central University. Admission to this University are conducted through All India Counselling by DGHS on behalf of MCI. The Mop up round is also specifically for Deemed/Central Universities for both Management and All India Quota Seats. Any left over seats after mop up round  will be turned over to the respective University and then stray vacancy round will be conducted at College level.
