Hello,

Deemed colleges also do come under the ambit of University Grants commision but they are provisional meaning only they can fix the range of the fees. Also only the tuition fees can be fixed other fees can be fixed by the institution.Tuition fees range on an average of 18 lakhs per year  both in Tamilnadu and Karnataka. In addition the institution may charge security deposit.Kindly use this link to know about deemed college fee structure https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/deemed-university-mbbs-fees

Best of luck
