in official website nothing is mentioned about submit of domicile. see if you have studied 10th , 12th from mumbai, it is obvious that you are domicile of mumbai.

most of the college admission domicile is not needed , cause when you applied for kerala college you did already mention the criteria. however it is good to contact with college authority.
