I am sorry to inform you but choosing Physical education in best 4 while opting for BA political science will lead to deduction of 2.5% in the total percentage.
Physical education can be choosen as a academic subject only when you are opting for physical education hons or BA In physical education.

If you want to take admission in BA(history+political science), then you must need to add History and Political science in best of four. Other than these, one language is mandatory to add and 1subject from List A.
Physical education is considered only when doing honours in physical education. Otherwise it will lead to deduction in 2.5%.
