As per eligibility criteria. Candidates must have passed class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent of marks from a recognized board.
And candidates must have passed class 12 in 2019,2020or appearing in 2021.
Application for jee main April sessions, begins from 07th of February (released today) and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.

No, there will not be any problem if you have gap between your 10th and 12th.If you want to appear for JEE mains then you must have passed 10+2 HSC in science stream.Your 10th marks or gap between 10th and 12th has no relation to that.
You can apply for JEE mains 2021 if you will complete your 12th in 2020 or 2021.
