Yes, Himachal Pradesh University, provides both the courses you mentioned in the question, i.e., B.A HONS, as well as BSc. HONS.
B.A Hons, is provided for two Subjects namely, economics and geography.
BSc Hons., is provided in three Subjects, namely, geography, microbiology and biotechnology.
There are other courses too, in different subjects such as b.tech, m.tech, BBA, PhD, MBA, m.phil etc.,
