I am not sure but i heard and research that only iit kharagpur provides the specialized course in hris and no other college do. And after that it provides placement , its average placement is 10 Lpa.
But still consult to college staff in which you are thinking of applying.

hi,
you did not mention which indian institute of technology and management you want to take admission. however IITM bangalore offers 1 year advance diploma in human resource management, which is a duration of 2 years for regular course. for fast track course , duration is 1 year. the courses covers in the syllabus is,
Management and Research
WTO & Foregin trade Policy
Trade documentation & Logistics
however there is no much of placement cell for this course , if you want a decent paying job you should go for pgdm or mba course in Human resource. however once the course is completed there is less chance of training from any institute.
