Does my Central obc certificate need to exactly look like the format given in NEET brochure? I have a central obc certificate issued by Maharashtra stating all the resolutions as given in the NEET brochure's format but it has a slightly different format. Will it be accepted at the time of admission?

It could be different in real life.As long as your OBC certificate is genuine and real with all The signatures that are needed, it's all fine. Please make sure to look and check all documents needed during admission.
