Does nift bftech course require maths,physics subjects?

Yes its compulsory for candidates appearing for b.ftech course they should have PCM in the +2 where as there's no minimum percentage requirements you just need to pass the +2 exam with pcm and you're eligible.

Hello Nivedhita,

To be eligible for admission in the B. F. Tech, the criteria is as follows:

1. You should not be more than 23 years of age, for general candidates, this can be relaxed upto 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates.


2. You must successfully complete 10+2 years of education from any recognised board, having studies Maths, Physics and Chemistry as a subject combination or should have completed a 3- or 4-years diploma in any branch of Engineering recognised by AICTE or a State Board.
