Assuming asking for B.com, The admission is based on the merit list. The best four academic subject of 10+2 will be calculated for the programme. if you meet the required percentage then you can get admission.
If you are interested in BBA then there is entrance exam in DU which is DU JAT.

Depends on which course you are interested in DU? Most of the courses are based on merit and few are based on entrance test.
