Chemical engineering + MBA is indeed a good course but there are fewer placements in dual degree course compared to BE alone. Dr. SS Bhatnagar University is one the best institutes for Chemical Engineering, but it is not up to the mark for MBA. If you're interested in doing MBA, then do it from a top notch B School.

Better Placement Opportunities here for BE Chemical Engineering, average package is greater than 5.5 lacs per annum every year, having UOP Honeywell, Reliance Petrochemicals, Cairn India, Jubilant Life Sciences, EXL Services, ZS Associates, Vedantta Groups and a lot more as recruiters. There was an increment of 22% in the placements of food technology compared to previous year. If you really work hard, you will definitely get placement in the core industry, otherwise, you can always get into IT sectors.
