Ramkrishna Mahto Government Engineering College or Purulia Government Engineering College is newly established college and the first batch just passed out. But the placement was not so impressive. Few students from CSE get placed in Wipro and PWD. The college provides internships to the students in various sectors like Indian Railway, WBSEDCL, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Indian School of Anti-Hacking etc. The placement percentage is not so good. In terms of Academics, the college is good. The course is backed up by renowned faculties. Industrial exposure for CSE students might not be good because of the location.
