Hello Sakshi,
If you have applied for St. Stephen's and your payment has been succesfully made, you must get an online receipt on your registered mobile number and registered email id along with a transaction message on your mobile number that is linked with the bank account you have used to pay your application fees.
If you still have not recieved the receipt, please contact your Bank or Stephen's Helpline No. or check your internet connection.
You should receive it soon.
