For example if we scored 93.45 and the cutoff for the course we want is also 93.45 so can we switch between colleges? Like I'm in Janki Devi right now and I'm waiting for the 7th cutoff to switch to Gargi. Is that possible I cancel my admission here and switch to Gargi?
