Hey Prateek! If no guidelines are mentioned regarding this than you can upload it. Domicile certificate ensures that you are a civilian of the same state since UPSEE is a state level entrance exam. According to me you should go for what you have, upload the certificate if they didn't accept then they will provide you with solution.
