Your best 4 percentage means, your average of percentage in the four subjects in which you have scored the most marks.

For you - best 4 subjects are English, Business Std., Economics, Painting.

Your best four would be - (87+89+95+100)/4 = 92.75%

There's no deduction of 2.5% for adding painting?

Yes there will be final comes out as 90.25% but it also depends on the college and course. For your course it will be deducted.
