Ews rank 27500 and home quota also...should I get cs in college??

As I have mentioned in the previous answer, your rank is good but your Boards marks are less than 75% and that will hinder your admission.
Because a candidate belonging to General(EWS also) and OBC category must have minimum 75% aggregate marks in 10+2 to get admission in NITs, IIITs or CFTIs.
