Hello,

Yes, your eligible to appear for gate exam. Eligibility for gate is to complete graduation of 4 years after 10+2 from any recognised university and candidates who are in there final years are also eligible for gate.

Since you have already completed your graduation than your eligible. Migration of college is not an issue.
