Dear aspirant,

It depends on certain factors for predicting the accurate rank. The factors like number of students appearing in that particular shift,number of vacant seats in college, difficulty level of the paper.

But on a general basis ,I would try to predict the marks as per my knowledge. For 35k , atleast a 130+ is required to be under that rank but as I told you it may vary according to certain factors.
