All the private college counseling is done online. The NEET official will be releasing a portal on which you can apply for AIQ Government, Private and AFMC. 

For each counseling there's a separate registration fees. For private/deemed counseling last year students had to pay 2 Lakhs which will be refunded if you don't take any private college.

counseling for NEET is done online. The counseling date is expected to around the end of June 2019. NEET will be releasing a portal on their website on which you can apply for all India quota(AIQ), Private and deemed universities. The counseling will be done on the marks you secure in your examination and it will be based on your prefered college( can be done when you apply for counseling). Applying counseling for Private and Deemed universities requires a deposit set by NEET board which is refunded if you don't opt for any Private or Deemed universities.
