Basic Requirements for Getting into IITs for M.Tech.

• B.Tech percentage must be above 60.
• Must have a wonderful GATE Score or Good All India Rank, or Good percentile.
• The IIT M.Tech admission 2019 will be on the basis of valid GATE scores of the candidates.
• Students who have their UG engineering degree from IIT with a CGPA of 8.0 or above are however exempted form having GATE score.

As per your query .you want to  Mtech from iit.you have to apply for GATE In your relevant branch.you have to score good rank  for admission in top iits for mtech.after that you will call  for a interview .and counsilling procedure
