For Engineering PCM percentage is given priority that should mostly be above 75% as demanaded by most of the colleges. Wheresas for Medical PCB is given priority. The overall percentage is also asked.

It depends upon the eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria vary from college to college.  According to the eligibility criteria for NEET UG exam, aggregate marks of PCB subjects are considered.
