If you are updated with the recents changes then you must know jeece is not going to be conducted more.BIT SINDRI and the other state engineering colleges will now take admission on  the basis of jee main score conducted by NTA.

So in order to take admission you have to give jee main and your admission will be on the basis of your jee score.

JEECE i.e Jharkhand engineering entrance examination is state level exam conducted by Jharkhand government to take admission in state engineering colleges like BIT sindri , Ramgarh engineering College, Chaibasa Engineering college, Dumka engineering college and other private colleges of Jharkhand.

If you want to take admission in these colleges you will have to appear in JEECE .JEE main marks is not applicable if you are willing o study in state level engineering colleges.

With JEE main marks you can apply for BIT Mesra and NIT Jamshedpur.

From the session of 2019-20, the board has recently published a notice according to which for taking admission to colleges falling under the JCECE, one should appear in JEE mains, and the counseling for admission purpose would also be done on the basis of JEE main rank.



So, from this session JCECE will not conduct it's own entrance examination rather admission will be on the basis of JEE mains rank .
