for karnataka neet councilling round 1 is it compulsory to join if a seat is allotted..? if we have not joined in the allotted seat can we proceed for next round of councilling and for other states councelling..?

There are four options after the allotment of seat in kea neet counseling. You can choose anyone of them

1. You can lock your seat and dont want to participate futher

2. You can lock your seat and are willng to participate further, after selecting this option your seat will be safe even if you dont get any other upgraded seat in second round.

3. You can leave the seat that you got in 1st round, and participate further. After selecting this option your alloted seat in 1st round is not safe.

4. You are not satisfied with alloted seat and dont want to participate further rounds too..

Yes you can definitely proceed for the next round counselling if you don't want to join the allotted seat. It totally depends upon your decision and your choice.
