It depends on what authorities will do in this case.I am sure they will find a solution or alternative. Ideally an income certificate has to be Renee after a specific date in order to keep it authentic and valid but due to covid-19 most of the government offices were closed and this caused a obstacle in validation of the income certificate.So, this is something many candidates like you must be facing so in that cased the exam authorities will give a solution or alternative but till then i would suggest you to try your best to get the validation done as many government works have started so try to raise you concern online to your state authorities.
