Hey Sanjana,

To add to your notice on june 26, 2019, Maharashtra minister Vinod Tawde announced that caste validity certificate for the Socially and Economically Backward Class (SEBC) category is not mandatory for admissions to engineering and other professional courses.

You can also refer to CET official Website. A notice realted to this has been uploaded on the state Common Entrance Test (CET) cell.
