For upgradation we need to go to the college allotted to us in the first round or the college that is that we need to take admission in our counselling list

Dear, upgradation mostly happens when you want to opt for a better option than the one available to you, so whenever you decide to move for an upgradation ,either you have to enroll yourself in the option given by the authority or you have to have faith in yourself to choose the better option. Think wisely and move on!!
