Hello, I don't think you forgot your login ID even.
If have not then that is good.
There will be a option below forgot password? Click that n you will get notified to change your password.
N if you forgot both then send a mail to the official board and get in contact to them. They will help you out.
Don't do this again. Store it some where. This will cost you much. Those are important for you.

Hi Sonali, Thanks for your reply. I forgot my login ID also. Actually some problem was happened when i registered. I should get SMS or Mail with my login details once i registered. I did not receive any such a mail or sms. If my registration is not success then why i am getting sms alert for random number and document verification. so dont know exactly what is happening.

It's better to create another one if it doesn't cost you anything or you are not losing anything.
As you said there is some problem while getting registered then better to contact to the board by putting a mail or make a phone call.
