You can go through the guidelines brochure of CAT exam there they have mentioned a format for each Caste certificate. You need to make sure your caste certificate matches the format mentioned in the CAT exams guidelines.
If you need more time to get your certificate in that format then you can submit your current certificate now and make sure you get the correct format certificate before your interview process starts.
