Hi,
Silchar and porbandar are the terminal stations of the East West corridor. And the distance between Silchar and Porbandar is around 3300 km. You can travel between these two places by train, bus or by flight. And let me tell you that the NSEW is the largest ongoing highway project in india.
East west corridor include some major junctions like NH 36, 37, 54, 17, 31, 28 etc.
