Hey Dharmesh !
If there is any other field present in which you can select 'appearing for cbse improvement exam' select that. But in case there is no field as such present, you can click on '12 Pass' because Improvement Exam would be mainly to enhance your Board Marks to increase the chances of selection and getting within cutoff.
