Good morning respectfully sir or ma'am I had completed my Bpp course in 2013 but yet to receive my original certificate..how can I get it?? plz help me??

Hello Farheen Bashir, Usually after course completion, IGNOU sends marksheet and provisional certificate to the address of the concerned student, if 2013 is the right year then it has been such a long time, you should have visited regional centre in person with you student Identity Card, or there's a grievance cell particularly dedicated to various problems student face, you may put forward your query through this at https://igram.ignou.ac.in/ .
