For Chemistry:

NCERT books (only for Theory)
IIT chemistry by O.P Tandon
Complete Chemistry for JEE Main 2018 by NCERT

For Mathematics:

IIT Mathematics by R.D Sharma
The Pearson Guide to Complete Mathematics for JEE by SL Loney
