Gov has said no need to upload eligibility certificate. but still it is asking eligibility certificate in online application. without that i couldn't able to submit.can I upload any other certificate like neet score card or somether else to proceed next step.?

Hello,

Although it has been said that eligibility certificate is not needed yet in application it is needed so yes in that case you need to provide it. Well there are certain criteria under clause 4 which you need to fulfill. Incase you have qualified NEET then that makes you eligible and the score/rank card is your eligibility certificate and you can upload that. I am sure it would solve your problem.
