hai sir I'm completing my B-pharmcy in 2016 at andhra university but i have 3 backlogs now this year I need my certificate how to clear this please give a suggestion

Dear student,
As you mentioned that you have completed your b-pharmacy in 2016 at Andhra University but you don't have the certificate because of the backlogs so let me tell you that you should contact the university regarding this if they have any provision to give you back your certificate . If you would clear your backlogs then surely they would give your degree.
