Hello student,
In the third and final round of HBTU counselling, candidates who have been allotted seats in the first or second round can choose to freeze or withdraw their seat.
There is no float option in the third round.
Candidates who freeze their seat will be required to pay the remaining academic fee to confirm their admission.
After the third round and completion of all formalities, internal sliding (upgradation to a preferred branch within the institute) may be conducted if seats are available and the candidate had previously indicated their preference for it on the University's ERP portal.
If the candidate withdraw their seat then they will be out of counselling process and the allotted seat will be cancelled.
