since you have not yet appeared for your B.SC examinations so whether you pass or fail their does not really matter especially since you have not completed the course
all that will be considered for admissions to medical courses after you give neet and qualify will be your class 12 results and the required certificates
yes, you will need to retrieve them from your present institution and submit them to the college in which you are allotted admission after the neet counselling and you might need a discharge certificate or certificate of leave all clearance from your existing college to aid in the admission process

Hiii

Since you have not completed your BSc degree and had only appeared in the 1st semester, this degree will not be considered in your educational qualifications for NEET.
Your educational qualifications will be the results of class 12th.
IF you get the medical seat this year, you can submit class 12 TC and all other documents and ignore the BSc 1st sem or you can submit both of them but yes be informed that BSc will not be considered because you have not completed the course.

Hope this helps. In case of any doubt feel free to revert back.

Thanks!!

Once you will quit Bsc. you will ask the college for TC and other documents, That time remember to ask them for your TC that you had submitted at the time of admission.
